Shipping Policy

After placing an order on The Glove Warehouse, a confirmation email will be sent to the address entered at the time of account set-up, or order placement. This email goes over all of your critical information from your order.

Most items are in stock and will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (M-F > excluding holidays) after you place your order online. Exceptions include all Carhartt® Brand Apparel, which typically drop ship from the manufacturer (allow 7-10 days for order processing) . Exceptions can also include any items that are back ordered from a manufacturer, which may take additional time for delivery (we will contact you within 72 hours in the event of a backorder). Orders received after 2:30pm Eastern Standard time will typically be processed the following business day. On Fridays after 2:30pm, and on weekends, orders will be processed on the following Monday. 

 

If you need a pre-estimate for your shipping cost, add any item to the shopping cart, and click the SHIPPING ESTIMATE, located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will be prompted to enter the STATE and ZIP CODE for the delivery address. This feature will calculate the shipment methods and prices for your order.

 

All orders placed online over $500.00 USD receive free shipping anywhere in the lower 48 States. We do not ship freight free to ALASKA or HAWAII in any circumstance.

All volume discount orders, specialized custom print orders, orders purchased on terms, as well as orders placed by phone or fax over $2000.00 USD will receive free shipping anywhere in the continental United States.

Free shipping is defined as freight prepaid shipping for an order at one time to one location. If multiple shipping locations are required, shipping fees will apply to any additional requested locations.

 

A NOTE ABOUT BACKORDER(S):

It is recommended that in the event of a back order, you have the shipment held until the back-ordered items arrive at our warehouse. This way you can take full advantage of the shipping cost that you have already paid.  If you require that your order be shipped in 2 parts (available items to ship immediately) shipping charges willapply to the second part of the order when the back ordered item/items become available. We will have to contact you for your payment information before the back-ordered item/items ship.

 

If your order has already shipped, and you require a change of address, there will be an additional charge of $12.35 USD per box/package contained in the shipment, before we will update the address with UPS. Please note that changing the SHIP-TO address after an order is in transit can cause a 1-2 DAY delay in shipping to re-route the package.

If you provide us with an INCORRECT / INVALID shipping address, and a change of address is required by the carrier, there will be an additional charge of $12.35 USD per box/package contained in the shipment.  Please ensure that your address is valid according to the UPS/ USPS database before placing an order online. In the event that UPS assesses these charges associated with your order, you will be invoiced for the total cost for the address correction. Please note that changing the SHIP-TO address after an order is in transit can cause a 1-2 DAY delay in shipping to re-route the package.

WE DO NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

UPS SHIPPING METHOD DEFINITIONS:

 

UPS GROUND: Selecting UPS GROUND will ensure that your order is delivered to you within 7 days from the date of shipment. Please reference the UPS DELIVERY MAP (pictured above) to determine the estimated delivery time. UPS GROUND does not apply on weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.

 

3 DAY SELECT: 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed online. Only that we will ship the order using UPS 3 Day Select. Meaning, you will receive your order within 3 business days, once the order has shipped. 3 Day Select does not apply on weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or holidays.

 

2ND DAY AIR: 2ND Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order two days after the order is placed online. Only that we will ship your order using UPS 2nd Day Air. Meaning, you will receive your order within 2 business days, once the order has shipped. 2nd Day Air does not apply on weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and we are not responsible for delays caused by UPS. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or holidays.

 

NEXT DAY AIR: Next Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order one day after the order is placed online. Only that we will ship your order using UPS Next Day Air. Meaning, you will receive your order within 1 business day, once the order has shipped. Next Day Air does not apply on Sundays or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and we are not responsible for delays caused by UPS/USPS. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or holidays.
