Return Policy
If you need to return a purchased item to us please call (814) 476-7908 and request a RMA # from a customer service representative. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns made without authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee. Claims for returns must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of order. Returns after 7 days may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Merchandise older than 30 days from receipt may not be returned for credit. Special order items, volume discount items, and custom imprinted items are non-returnable except for defective workmanship. Dirty, soiled or worn products will not be accepted for credit. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not received in saleable condition.
